I wouldn't go in here till you are at least level 15, though. To be honest, to survive here easily you'll want to be even higher, like 20-25. Still it's a good place to farm items like Strange Dirt and Heartshrooms, which are needed later in the game. Demo players may want to consider buying the game at the point you are capable of taking on this cave.
 This is another cave some players use for Cheesemaking, Mushroom Farming, and Brewing.

 Generally speaking, you should avoid Borghild as a new player. This is level 30-40 group content, and you will struggle here without stuns/knockbacks and a good understanding of the game. There are mobs called Faces of Death that will kill you instantly if they get into Melee Range. Lastly, there are very poisonous Injector Bugs that almost require players to have an anti-poison Alchemy buff running on them to survive.
